Nuccio & Associates, Inc. has available a special program of insurance specifically designed for a local PTA Unit.  The program is underwritten by the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, one of our nation’s oldest and most respected insurance companies.  This special insurance program has existed since 1952. 

PTA COVERAGE OPTIONS
The following five coverage options are available:

• Liability Plus
  Commercial General Liability insurance protection with limits of $1,000,000/$2,000,000 Per Occurrence/Annual Aggregate for each participating local PTA Unit. The liability insurance coverage provided under this policy has the best and the broadest coverage currently available to PTA within the U.S.

  Did you know that the Unit President, and all other officers and directors of the PTA Unit and State PTA, can be personally and individually named, in a lawsuit placing their personal assets at risk (home, vehicles, savings, attachment of future wages and earnings of both individual and spouse)? Protect your personal assets, your PTA Unit, Council, District and State PTA from the threat of financial loss and lawsuits. Our insurance program is specifically created for PTAs nationwide. We offer PTA liability, crime and business personal property insurance.
  

• Bonding Plus
  Crime insurance protection including the following coverage:
  a. Employee Dishonesty (volunteers as employees)
  b. Forgery or Alteration
  c. Theft, Disappearance And Destruction Of Money And Securities
     (1) Loss Inside The Premises
     (2) Loss Outside The Premises
  
  
• Property Plus
  Business Personal Property replacement cost (new for old) insurance protection, which includes coverage for earthquake.
  
  
• Accident Medical Plus
  Medical expense coverage which helps to avoid lawsuits and provides insurance coverage for out-of-pocket medical expenses resulting from an accident at a sponsored activity or covered event.
  
  
• Directors & Officers Liability
  Directors & Officers Liability picks up where General Liability (Liability Plus) leaves off and provides third party liability protection for covered losses resulting from an actual or alleged error or omission, misleading statement or breach of duty as a director or officer of a nonprofit organization.
